Letzte Woche kam ich zurück von meiner Reise in Rom! Die Stadt hat mir unglaublich gut gefallen!</p><p>In diesem Beitrag möchte ich gerne einige Tipps mit euch teilen, die auf eurer nächsten Reise nach Rom hilfreich sein können! Ich werde bestimmt auch noch einen weiteren Blogpost zu meiner Reise veröffentlichen.</p><p>1. Eine Tour im Petersdom spätestens um 7:30 Uhr – Der Petersdom im Vatikan ist faszinierend! Mit Hilfe von einem Guide lernt man deutlich mehr als alleine. Dabei empfehle ich euch eine Tour im Voraus zu buchen und eine zu nehmen, die spätestens um 7:30 Uhr startet. Das etwas frühere Aufstehen lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. In der Metro wirklich gut auf die Tasche aufpassen! Manche versuchen einen abzulenken um dann etwas klauen zu können. Das habe ich leider selbst miterlebt. Das Gerücht über Rom stimmt also leider wirklich.</p><p>3. Das Ticket für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel kostet 1.5€ pro Person und ist in Bussen 100 Minuten gültig. Bei der Metro kann man hingegen nur einmal damit fahren. Man kann auch ein 24-48- oder 72 Stunden-Ticket kaufen.</p><p>4. Die Metro-Karte kann man wiederverwenden: man kann sie einfach aufladen. Beim ersten Mal kostet das Ticket 50 Cent.</p><p>5. An dem ersten Sonntag jeden Monats sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten kostenlos! Ich habe dies ausgenutzt und war 10 Minuten vor der Eröffnung vom Colosseum dort. Da war die Schlange dann schon so lange, dass ich 1.5 Stunden anstehen musste. Es gibt günstigere Tickets für junge Erwachsene unter 25 Jahren!</p><p>7. Man kann die Wasserflasche in Rom an vielen Orten auffüllen. Es lohnt sich also nicht immer eine neue Flasche zu kaufen!</p><p>8. Der Stadtteil Trastevere ist auf jeden Fall besuchenswert! Dort gibt es so schöne Cafés und gemütliche Restaurants!!</p><p>9. Oft gibt es einen unterschiedlichen Preis davon abhängig ob man das Essen im Restaurant isst oder mitnimmt.</p><p>10. Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie der Fontana di Trevi -Brunnen sind wirklich am besten früh morgens zu sehen. Mittags ist es einfach zu voll. Ich habe das beste Gelato bei der Kette ”Old Bridge” gefunden!</p><p>12. Das beste Restaurant, welches ich besucht habe, war ”Tonnarello” in dem Stadtteil Trastevere! Ganz in der Nähe vom Pantheon gibt es eine Wand, auf welcher man sieht, wie wie hoch das Wasser während der Flut reichte. In Rom gibt es über 900 Kirchen! Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall in diese reinzugehen! Diese sind echt wunderschön!</p><p>15. Das Pantheon öffnet um 9 Uhr: ich war um 8:30 Uhr da und habe mich als erste in die Schlange gestellt. Dort gibt es einen QR-Code, mit welchem man die Tickets leicht kaufen kann z.B. auch während man ansteht. Um 9 Uhr kam ich dann tatsächlich als erste rein. In einer Woche ist es so weit: ich fliege nach Rom! Ich freue mich schon total auf die Reise. Vor meinen Reisen möchte ich immer gerne schon ein paar Infos zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten herausfinden. In diesem Beitrag erzähle ich euch, welche Sehenswürdigkeiten ich in Rom auf jeden Fall sehen möchte. </p><p>1. Die Spanische Treppe</p><p>Die 135 Stufen lange Treppe ist eine der bekanntesten Freitreppen der Welt! Das Colosseum</p><p>Ganz klar: Das Colosseum! Es gibt keine Reise nach Rom ohne diese Sehenswürdigkeit. Der Stadtteil Trastevere</p><p>Ich habe sehr viel gutes über Trastevere gehört! Trastevere soll das ursprünglichste und authentischte Viertel der Stadt sein. Seit dem Herbst habe ich seit einer längeren Pause das Lesen für mich neu entdeckt. Ich lese hauptsächlich nur Bücher zum Thema Psychologie. Was für Bücher lest ihr am liebsten?</p><p>In dem Buch „High on life: du bestimmst, wie du dich fühlst“ geht es um sechs körpereigene Antreiber: Dopamin, Oxytocin, Serotonin, Kortisol, Endorphine und Testosteron.</p><p>Der Autor erzählt, wie man auf diese Stoffe mithilfe einfacher Gewohnheiten Einfluss nehmen kann. Dadurch kann man zum Beispiel überzeugender auftreten oder einfach gute Laune versprühen. Dopamin hat viel mit unserer Motivation zu tun. Er teilt Dopamin in zwei Arten von Dopamin: in das langsame und das schnelle Dopamin. Dabei meint er die Wirkung, die langandauernd oder kurzfristig sein kann. Den Unterschied finde ich so so interessant! Lest selbst <img src="https://s0.wp.com/wp-content/mu-plugins/wpcom-smileys/twemoji/2/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p><p>Er erklärt, wie zum Beispiel Sport und soziale Beziehungen mit den Stoffen zusammenhängen. Bei jedem der Stoffe listet er auf, wie wir diese optimieren können.</p><p>Habt ihr euch schon einmal mit den körpereigenen Stoffen, wie zum Beispiel Dopamin, auseinandergesetzt? In dem Buch schafft es der Autor dies auf eine Arte zu tun, die für alle einfach zu verstehen ist – egal, ob man sich schon damit auskennt oder noch nicht. Das Buch war tatsächlich eins der interessantesten Bücher, die ich gelesen habe. Es ist einfach schon Ende Februar – wie schnell die Zeit vergeht. Meine erste Reise im neuen Jahr ist bereits vorbei. Im Januar-Februar Monatswechsel war ich für eine gute Woche in Deutschland. Die Flugzeit nach Düsseldorf beträgt von Helsinki etwas mehr als zwei Stunden. In Düsseldorf habe ich Verwandte besucht und Freunde getroffen. Die Woche war echt schön. Es war auch cool, dass es dort wärmer im Vergleich zu Finnland war. Ich habe auch einen Tagesausflug nach Aachen gemacht. Ich war das erste Mal dort. Die Stadt hat mir wirklich sehr gut gefallen! Das wird tatsächlich eine längere Reise. Erst bin ich für eine kurze Zeit in Wien und danach für eine längere Zeit in der Nähe von Innsbruck. Ich möchte möglichst viel von Österreich sehen. Einen Tagesauflug möchte ich auf jeden Fall nach Zell am See machen. Die Fotos von dort sehen so wunderschön aus. Allgmein möchte ich viel Wandern, neue Orte sehen, viel Zeit draußen verbringen und einfach den Sommer genießen. Dort war ich noch nie, daher freue ich mich sehr darauf. Dort wollen wir täglich wandern und die Natur erkunden. Ich hoffe, euch geht es gut. </p><p>Ich bin ein wenig erkältet und ruhe mich daher aus. Heute möchte ich über ein Thema schreiben, über welches ich mir in letzter Zeit viele Gedanken zu gemacht habe. </p><p>Ich glaube, ich bin nicht die einize, der es manchmal schwer fällt, im Moment zu leben. </p><p>Sei es beim Kaffee trinken mit den Freundinnen oder auch im Bezug auf die gesamte Lebenssituation. Beim Austausch mit den Freundinnen klingelt mal das Handy etc. und die Diskussion wird unterbrochen. Am Tisch nebenan wird ein Gespräch geführt und man wird abgelenkt. Plötzlich merkt man, dass man sich in den vergangenen Sekunden mehr auf das Gespräch nebenan als das eigentliche Gespräch fokussiert hat. </p><p>Im Bezug auf die gesamte Lebenssituation merke ich zur Zeit, dass ich Dinge tue, die relevant für die Zukunft sind. Konkreter: ich versuche einen Studiumplatz zu bekommen und tue zur Zeit alles dafür. Quasi so, als ob dies ein Ziel wäre, welches ich erreichen muss, um zufrieden zu sein. So als ob es in dieser Lebenssituation, in der ich noch keinen Studiumplatz habe, nichts Gutes gäbe. </p><p>Doch auch in dieser Lebensphase gibt es so viel Gutes und so viele Sachen, die man genießen kann. Im Bezug auf das Lernen ist die Vorstellung ja auch absurd. Wenn man an einer Uni angenommen wird, dann geht es ja erst richtig los mit dem Lernen.</p><p>Versteht ihr, was ich meine? Diese Woche verbrachte ich vier Nächte in Vuokatti. Vuokatti ist eines der beliebtesten ganzjährigen Ferienzentren in Finnland und wird vor allem von Aktivurlaubern geschätzt. Vuokatti ist eines der beliebtesten ganzjährigen Ferienzentren in Finnland und wird vor allem von Aktivurlaubern geschätzt. Mein Plan für die Zeit in Vuokatti war eine gute Mischung aus Sport, Quality-Time mit meiner besten Freundin und Erholung. </p><p>Gestern war das Wetter einfach toll! Von Helsinki, der Hauptstadt, fährt man etwa 6h20 mit dem Zug nach Vuokatti. Eine ganz schön lange Fahrt. Meine Freundin wohnt jedoch in der Nähe von Vuokatti, weshalb sich jetzt eine Reise dorthin ergeben hat. </p><p>Vuokatti ist super vielfältig. Egal ob Fitness-Raum, Badminton, Wellness-Bereich, Bowling oder Restaurants – man findet alles. Die Natur ist wunderschön. Vor allem jetzt Ende September, wo die Blätter so schön bunt sind. </p><p>Was ist für euch wichtig im Urlaub? Für mich ist es wichtig, dass ich einen guten Ausgleich zwischen Sport und Erholung habe. Ich war täglich joggen und wandern. Den restlichen Tag verbrachte ich im Wellness-Bereich, schaute eine Serie und bereitete leckeres Essen zu. </p><p>Ich konnte in den Tagen auf andere Gedanken kommen und fühle mich nun erholter. Ich hoffe, euch geht es gut! Seit langem gibt es ein Life update von mir. Ich möchte sehr gerne wieder regelmässiger bloggen und daher erzähle ich euch erstmal, was bei mir gerade so los ist. Let’s go: </p><p></p><p>Ich hatte erholsame Sommerferien: ich verbrachte Zeit mit meinen Freundinnen, meiner Familie, war auf Konzerten, habe trainiert &&&. </p><p></p><p>Nun lerne ich schon seit einiger Zeit für meine Prüfungen, welche ich in 2-3 Wochen schreibe. Mein Alltag besteht also aus dem Lernen und Sport machen. Ich lerne oft in der Bibliothek, da ich mich dort besser konzertrieren kann. Geht es euch auch so, dass ihr euch an einem anderen Ort besser konzentrieren könnt als zu Hause?</p><p></p><figure sizes="(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px" /></figure></figure><p>Nach meinen Prüfungen verreise ich innerhalb von Finnland mit meiner besten Freundin. Sie wohnt sieben Fahrstunden von mir entfernt, daher freue ich mich riesig sie dann endlich wiederzusehen. Wir haben eine Unterkunft gemietet und werden fast eine Woche zusammen verbringen. Uns erwartet dort ein gute Mischung aus Sport und Erholung.</p><p>Außerdem habe ich vor kurzem eine Reise nach Rom gebucht! Diese ist erst im Frühling aber wie sagt mann doch: Vorfreude ist die beste Freude!</p><p>Wie ich bereits im Titel erwähnt habe, gibt es in meinem Leben zur Zeit auch ein Thema, welches mich belastet. Im August haben mein Freund und ich mich nach zwei Jahren Beziehung getrennt. Ich versuche mich derzeit viel abzulenken und möglichst viel mit Freunden im Alltag zu machen. Die Fahrt mit dem Schiff dauert etwa 2 Stunden. Tallinn ist daher ein beliegtes Ausflugsziel für die Finnen. </p><p>Das Wetter hat absolut mitgespielt und es war ein warmer Tag in Tallinn. Nichtsdestotrotz ging es für meine Freundin und mich als erstes zum Shoppen. In Tallinn gibt es nämlich viele Geschäfte, die es in Finnland nicht gibt. </p><p>Nachher ging es für uns in die Altstadt. Wenn man dort hingeht, kommt man als erstes an dem Blumenmarkt vorbei. Dort sind viele Verkäufer, die wunderschöne Blumen verkaufen.</p><p>In der Altstadt von Tallinn aßen wir zu Mittag. Dort gibt es total viele gemütliche Restaurants. Wir waren im Restaurant Kaerajaan. Dort gab es Burger+Pommes für 16€. Diese haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Es war schön währenddessen draußen zu sitzen.</p><p>Allgemein hatten wir einen wirklich schönen Tag in Tallinn. In diesem Beitrag möchte ich euch Suomenlinna vorstellen. </p><p>Suomenlinna ist eine im 18. Jahrhundert entstandene Festung, die vor der Hauptstadt Helsinki liegt. Die Insel ist mit 900.000 Besuchern pro Jahr eines der beliebtesten Ausflugsziele für Touristen wie Einheimische.</p><p>Von der Hauptstadt Helsinki kann man für 3.10€ mit der Fähre in etwa 15 Minuten nach Suomenlinna fahren. Super easy! </p><p>Seit dem Ende der militärischen Nutzung im Jahr 1973 wird die Insel für Bildung und Kultur genutzt. Neben der historischen Festung findet man dort mehrere Museen und einige andere Einrichtungen. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants, Cafés etc. In Suomenlinna wohnen etwa 800 Menschen.</p><figure
